You can choose between a refund or a exchange on full priced items (Personalised items are not refundable). Please email us for all returns address.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- Earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
- Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a fully tracked and signed service, we are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.
- Once we receive your return your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
- We operate a 14-day return policy (including bank holidays and weekends). Goods must be back with us by the 14th day. The returns period starts from the first day delivery was attempted. If you return something outside of the returns period, you will receive a Store Credit
